We have arrived!

Our flight was one hour shorter than scheduled, but due to a delay on the ground at Newark we arrived at Shannon about fifteen minutes late.  But we're here!

Our driver/guide, P.J. was waiting for us and we were quickly on our way north from the airport to the Cliffs of Moher.  It was chilly and windy, but the view is amazing.



After an hour or so of hiking and picture taking, it was back on the bus.  We crossed the Shannon River at Killimer using the Killimer Ferry.

A little while later we were in Tralee, where we stopped for lunch.  After lunch we made a quick stop to take pictures of the Blenneville Windmill.

After this quick stop we took our last leg of the trip for today, to our hotel in Killarney.  We have a few hours to settle in and rest up before dinner tonight, as a group, in the hotel restaurant.
